Boys are confusing Part III- why do you ask for my number if you’re not going to use it????

I really and truly wish someone could explain to me when guys ask for your number, you give in and give it to them,  they ask if it’s ok to call or make plans with you and you say sure. Then BOOM…they disapear. It’s becoming a regular event for me. I exchange a few very meaningless texts, don’t get into anything heavy and I await this phone call or text and I get nothing. I just don’t get it. I have literally stopped adding anyone to my contact list because I just assume I will delete them within two weeks anyway. I think it’s time to call this a single summer and if I have a fun date in between then that is great, if not, you know I won’t be home sitting alone on a Saturday night! 🙂
